LAS VEGAS LAMP AND WATER COMPANY RE8QLUTIOH City of Industry 2-1605 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Haramill and Secretary D. E. Clark in executing C.L.D. Ho. 15711-1, dated July 28, 1967, Offer of Dedication to the City of Industry, California, declaring that the sanitary sewers and appurtenant structures con­structed under Industry Private Contract Mo. 113 in accordance with the plans filed in the office of the City Engineer, City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California, are built for public use and that upon their acceptance by the City of Industry all right, title and interest of Las Vegas Land and Water Company in and to said sewers shall vest in said City, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
