LAS % VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey in executing letter agreement bearing C. L. D. No. 15784, dated June 5, 1967 with National Engineering Company, accepting its proposal to design, process plans, and stake for constructing, a proposed sanitary sewer in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California, for consideration not to exceed $1,000.00, work to be completed to satisfaction and acceptance of Chief Engineer within forty-five working days, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted
