LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY « RESOLUTION On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Haramill in executing letter agreement bearing C.L.D. 15642, dated December 21, 1966 with Williams Waterproofing & Painting Company, covering proposal to fur­nish all labor, material, tools, equipment, supervision and all other items required to replace a portion of the roof on the Land Company Ware­house at 3251 Leonis Blvd., Vernon, California, work to be performed to satisfaction of Land Company and shall be guaranteed two years for lump sum consideration of $5,739.54, agreement effective December 9, 1966, work to be completed within 60 days, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
