LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Western Auto Supply Co. 717 The following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification: A. F. E. No. 2, Work Order No. 27, issued June 14, 1966 to cover con-structing 612* x 441* one-story warehouse building with attached 130* x 90* service building, and 177* x 100’ office building, com­plete, including appurtenances, paving, fencing, landscaping, and spur track, right of way line to end, required for lease together with under­lying land, to Western Auto Supply Company, at City of Industry, California. Construction and lease of facilities was assented to by Union Pacific Railroad Executive Committee on June 14, 1966. Total estimated expenditure $1,450,000.00 Estimated cost of additional property chargeable to investment, City of Industry, California $1,450,000.00 Appropriated for expenditure during calendar year 1966 $1,450,000.00
