LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION San Gabriel Valley Water Co* 717 The following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved President Bailey, was submitted for ratification: Work Order No. 8*4, issued June 28, 1966; Las Vegas Land and Water Company to deposit $118,000 to cover cost of constructing 10,500 feet of 12”, 14” and 16” water mains to serve approximately 200 acres of indus­trial property in Handorf Industrial District No. 1, City of Industry, California; construction of water mains to be performed, and owned, by San Gabriel Valley Water Company; deposit to be subject to refund annually at the rate of 22% of the revenue collected from customers over a twenty year period; refund of the unrefunded bal­ance of the actual cost of the water mains to be made when 80% of the customers for which the main extension was designed, are being served. Deposit was assented to by Union Pacific Railroad Company Executive Committee on May 12, 1966; Total estimated expenditure $118,000.00 Difference chargeable to deposits for public utilities service -- subject refund »*• • #* *»* 118,000.00
