< LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION San Gabriel Valley Water Co. 717 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey in exe­cuting Main Extension Contract C.L.D. 15424, dated May 12, 1966 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Applicant", and San Gabriel Valley Water Company, called "Utility", providing that Applicant applies for a water main extension to include approximately 2800 feet of 12" pipe, 4200 feet of 14" pipe, 3500 feet of 16" pipe, and 34 fire hydrants, for the purpose of furnishing public utility water service to portions of Tract 1343 in City of Industry, California; Applicant to advance the amount of $113,000.00 to cover the cost of facilities; the amount ad­vanced shall be subject to refund of 22% of revenue received over a period of twenty years after date of contract, not exceed­ing amount advanced; be and the same is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
