LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Westwood Ceramic Supplies, Inc. 717 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assist­ant Secretary How in executing agreement bearing C.L.D. No. 15377 dated April 28, 1966 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Westwood Ceramic Supplies, Inc., granting the latter a one year option to purchase parcels of land described therein, in City of Industry, California; consideration being that purchaser shall pay general and special taxes, including any special District levies, plus any assessments for public improvements not chargeable to capital account; purchaser may exercise option on payment of pur­chase price of $74,000.00, by giving notice of its intention to do so and shall have entered into an agreement for the construction on the option parcels of a warehouse building containing a floor area of not less than 15,000 sq. ft., plans for warehouse to be submitted to Land Company for its approval; Land Company to deliver deed conveying title subject to: (a) All taxes and assessments levied and assessed upon the option parcel for the fiscal year in which the option is exercised, whether payable or not.
