LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Challenge-Cook Bros. Inc. 717 On action duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action o£ President Bailey in executing C. L. D. No. 15255 (Contract Audit 10993) dated October 25, 1965 with Audrey Backus, Sidney I. Mann, Ben Mann, and H. I. Mann, individuals, agreeing to Las Vegas Land and Water Company arranging the construction of a sanitary sewer line adjacent to their re­spective properties in City of Industry, California, the expense being prorated on basis Land Company 52%, of actual cost, Backus 23% of actual cost, and Mann 20% of actual cost; total estimated cost of said sewer Is $40,780.00 of which $11,330.00 is chargeable to Backus, $8,000 chargeable to Mann, and balance of cost being chargeable to Land Company; parties to grant City of Industry ease­ment for sanitary sewer purposes across their respective prop­erties; Backus and Mann to grant Land Company right to enter upon their respective properties for the purpose of constructing said sanitary sewer, releasing Land Company from any and all liability and indemnifying Land Company against all claims, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
