No. 14711-3, dated October 28, 19&5> extending to and including December 31» 1 9 6 7 , term of agreement Audit No. IO96O, dated February 5, 1964, expir­ing December 31» 19^5» subject to thirty days termination by either party, at a rental of $1,485.00 per month, which rental, due to leasing of additional area, was increased by C.L.D. No. 14711-1, effective April 1, 1964, to $1,820.40 per month, cover­ing premises leased to Scott Paper Company at 3 2 5 1 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, California, be, and the same is hereby, rati­fied, approved and confirmed.
