\ Walter's 400 Custom Carpets, Inc. 717-P On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How In executing C.L.D. 15294, agreement dated December 14, 1965, granting Walter's 400 Custom Carpets, Inc., dha Peirce Carpet Mils, option to purchase parcel of land, being all that portion of Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 17 of Tract Ho. 1343, described in C.L.D. 15294, In City of Industry, Cali­fornia, except oil, gas and minerals as excepted by E. C,Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the will of August V. Handorf, deceased, option to be for a period of one year or until notice given by Peirce Carpet Mil s to the Land Company to release the option. As consideration for granting option, Peirce shall pay taxes plus any assessments for public improvements not chargeable to Capital Account. Purchase price shall be $173,162.00 plus any assessments levied for public improvements which are chargeable to Capital Account* Peirce shall have the right to exercise LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY
