\ LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W, 0, No. 16, Challenge-Cook Bros. Inc. 71? W. 0. No. 16 was Issued April 13, 1965 to cover cost of annexing 63,5 acres of land, fronting on Gale Avenue in City of Industry, California, to Los Angeles County Sanitation District No. 15, in order to provide sewer facilities to the property being developed for industrial purposes, prior to preparation of detailed plans for construction of sewer lines. Total estimated expenditure .. .. .. $13,653.00 Total chargeable to investment account $13,653.00 Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of the President in approving the aforementioned A, F. E, request be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. Adopted
