LAS VEGAS LAID AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION (Pitman Mfg.Co. 717) On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary Row In executing Las Vegas Land Water Company L.S. Deed Audit No. 6O63, bearing C.L.D. 15051 dated February 25, 1965, conveying to Pitman Manufacturing Company, a Missouri corporation, for a consideration of #116,527.00, those certain parcels of land situate in the City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being all those portions of Block 18 of Tract No. 1343, recorded in Book 20, pages 10 and 11 of Maps, records of said Comity, more fully described as Parcel A and Parcel B and reserving unto Grantor, his successors and assigns, all minerals and mineral rights, without right of entry, as excepted by E, C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, Deceased, deed recorded February 20, 1958 in Book 53698, page 126, Official Records of Los Angeles County, State of California, further reserving unto Grantor an easement for Railroad purposes, over, on, along end across portion of hereinabove described Parcel B, as described in said deed, property conveyed subject to; 1) Taxes for the fiscal year 1964-5J
