\ RE30LPTI0N Southern Counties Gas Co. 717 On notion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne and Secretary Dixon in executing Agreement C.L.D. Ho. 11*91*1, dated October 30, 1961*, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Water Company", and Southern Counties Gas Company of California, called "Licensee", whereby Water Company grants Licensee permission to lay, construct, use, operate, maintain, repair and renew ninety (90) feet of 6" steel casing pipe on an existing 2" gas pipe line located within the boundaries of Eighth Avenue, City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California} term five years, effective October 30, 1961** consideration #5.00 as rental for the term, subject to revocation by Water Company on sixty (60) days written notice, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
