LAS VEGAS LAMP AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Western Lead Products Go ?17 On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Las Vegas Land and Water Company* s L. S. deed audit No. 601+2 bearing C. L« D. No. 13151* dated August 18, 1961}., conveying to Western Lead Products Company, a California corporation, portion of Blocks 23 and 36 of Tract No. 131+3, and portion of vacated Lomitas Avenue, situated in the City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California, consideration Ten Dollars (#10.00) and other good and valuable consideration} excepting all minerals and mineral rights, without right of entry as excepted by E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, Deceased, in deed recorded February 20, 1957} and reserving unto Grantor, its successors and assigns forever, an easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, renewal and use of sanitary sewer pipelines, and incidental structures along, across and over portion of the parcel described therein, said property conveyed subject tot 1.
