On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne and Secretary Dixon in executing Extension Rider C.L.D. No. 13327- 2 dated May 14, 1964, extending to June JO, 1969* and increasing rent for the extended term from $190 to $230 per month, agreement C.L.D. No. 13327 (C.A. 10359) between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Baker Steel & Tube Co. dated July 1, 1959> assigned by C.L.D. No. 13327-I, effective December 3 1 , 1959> to Earle M. Jorgensen Co., covering lease of site for parking of automobiles and storage of steel tubes, fronting on Noakes Street, East Yard (Los Angeles), California, containing usual thirty day termination provision, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard in executing Supplemental Agreement C.L.D. No. IJJJl-l dated March 6 , 1964, between LA&SL-UPRR, Pacific Electric Railway Company, collectively called "Railroad Company", and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, "Owner", and Hunt Foods and Industries, Inc., "Purchaser", collectively called "Industry", amending Industry Track Contract dated May 4, 1961, assigned Contract Audit No. 93920, between LA&SL-UPRR, LVL&WCo. and Hunt Foods and Industries, Inc., to include Pacific Electric Railway Company as "Railroad Company", covering construction, maintenance, operation and ownership of a spur track at Fullerton, California, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -4-
