\ of Los Angeles County, an easement to operate, maintain and re­move a trunk sewer pipe line under and across the following parcel of lands A strip of land fifteen (15) feet in width, situate in the City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being portions of Lots 1 to 4, inclusive, of Block 21, Lots 1, 2, 3» ^ 6 of Block 22; Lots 5> 6» 7» 8 and 2 of Block 23; Lot 1 of Block 35; Lots 7 and g of Block 24; Lots 1 and & of Block 34, Tract 1343> portion of vacated Ninth Avenue, 60 feet wide, portion of vacated Lomitas Avenue, 60 feet wide and portion of vacated Sixth Avenue, oO feet wide; EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion thereof within that certain parcel of land described in deed to E, C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, deceased; ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM, all that portion thereof within that certain parcel of land described as Parcel No. 1 in deed to Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company; Said grant being subject to certain easements for flood control purposes granted to Los Angeles County Flood Control District; be, and, the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Rider C.L.D. No. 14144-1, dated February 26, 1963» extending to and including October 9> 19&3> Contract Audit No. 10912, dated January 11, 1962, expiring October 9» 19&2, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Los Angeles County Flood Control District, covering test hole permit on Land Company's property, City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -7-
