No. 12516-8, dated April 17, 1963, amend­ing Contract Audit No. 1082^, dated March 15, 1957, expiring by latest extension March 1^-, 1963, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the will of August V. Handorf, deceased, (assigned with consent of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, January 17, i960, to Bernard V, Handorf and Mary Handorf), covering lease of premises for growing crops, City of Industry, California, by substituting new Exhibit "A" dated March 15, 1963 to said agree­ment modifying area leased and further extending term of said lease, Contract Audit No. 1082^, dated March 15, 1957, to and including March 1^, 196^, rental $300.00 per annum, payable annually In advance, said lease may be terminated, entirely or partially, by written notice given by either the Lessor or the Lessee on any date in such notice stated, not less, however, than ten (10) days subsequent to the date on which such notice shall be given; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
