\ RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson In executing Agreement C.L.D. No. lW+3^, dated February 2 7 , 1 9 6 3 ? between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and John N. Ferrero, leasing site to be used for growing of crops, City of Industry, California, for term February 1 , 1963 to and including January 31, 196^, rental #290.00 per annum, payable in advance, subject to termination by either party upon 10 days written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing Hider C.L.D. No* 1^^6, dated February 1 1 , 1 9 6 3 * terminating as of October 1 6, 1 9 6 1 , Contract Audit No. 85^2 , dated February 25, 1 9 3 2 , effective February 25, 1932 for 10-year term, and thereafter from year to year, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, and Its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, covering portion of premises located south of ?th Street and east of Los Angeles River, Los Angeles, California, as site for Vegetable Shed No. 3 , rental #360.00 per annum; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
