Contracting Company, Inc., covering the furnishing of all tools, equipment, labor and material necessary to perform and complete construction of San Jose Creek Trunk Sewer, Schedule II, City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California; estimated consideration $215,181.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it.was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing C.L.D. No. 1 ^3 2 2 , C.D. No. ^6608-5, dated November 26, 1962, whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company grant to County Sanitation District No. 15 of Los Angeles County, an easement to operate, maintain and remove a trunk sewer pipe line under and across two parcels of land as follows t Parcel No. is A strip of land, 15.00 feet in width, situate in the City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being portions of Lots 2 to inclu­sive, of Block 2 1 ; Lots 1, 2 , 3, ^ and 6 , Block 22; Lots 5 to 8 , Inclusive, Block 23; Lots 7 and 8 , Block 2^; Lot 1 , Block 35» Lots 1 and 8 , Block 3^s Tract No. 13^3, and vacated portion of Sixth Avenue, 60 feet wide, excepting therefrom, that portion thereof within that certain parcel of land described in deed to E.
