On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assist­ant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5819, dated July 2 7 , 1 9 6 1 , whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company conveyed to Southern California Reflnishlng Service, Inc,, parcel of land in City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being all of Lot 7 9 , Union Pacific Tract, consideration $1 0 .0 0 and other good and valuable considerations encumbrances of record, if any? be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. There being no further business to be transacted, on motion duly seconded, the meeting adjourned. EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Grantors All minerals and mineral rights including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry? and said property is conveyed subject tos (a) Taxes for the fiscal year 1961-1962?
