On motion duly seconded, it was BESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Eider C„L.D0 No* 10986-2 , dated June 2 , 1961, extending to and Including August 1 , 1966, Agreement Audit No. 10614, dated February 7 , 1952, expiring by latest extension August 1 , 19 6 1, be­tween Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Bichfield Oil Corporation, covering license for maintenance and operation of 6-lnch oil pipe line crossing at M.P0 18.46, old San Pedro Branch, in vicinity of 27th Street and California Avenue, Long Beach, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was BESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Johnson in executing Elder C„L0D 0 No. 4010-99 dated May 29, 1961, extending to and including September 30, 19639 Agreement Audit No. 10192, dated March 31, 1942, expiring by latest extension September 30, 19 6 1, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Jack Dinno, covering lease of ground floor storeroom at *4-28 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, together with mezzanine floor located therein, to be used for purpose of merchant tailoring and haberdashery, rental being at rate of 7$ of gross sales with a minimum of $400.00 per month; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
