R.R.Co., voucher No. E-45669 and LVL&W Go. voucher No. 4785 in amount of $55,228.31 and $2,482.67 respectively, for pay­ment of first installment of taxes for year 1942. Will you kindly deliver to County Treasurer Monday December 7th.,1942, and in due time return re­ceipted bills to me. Attention is called to the fact that on the railroad bill last attached, the third item from the last, covering track in Paradise School District shows total tax as $6,081.97 , while the correct amount is $6,081.77, or 20 cents less than amount billed. In preparing voucher I have used the correct amount, making the payment for the first quarter five cents less than amount billed and propose to handle subsequent quarter­ly payments in the same manner, which I trust will be satisfactory to Mr. Mundy, if not, will you please pay the additional five cents required.
