Bracken: 780 Pursuant to your request of May 5, 1927, I hand you, herewith, copy of the property statement of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, which was furnished to Assessor of Clark County, Hevada, for the year 1927. You will note that I have eliminated therefrom property sold to G.C.Akers and to Emma E.West, deeds for which are now in coarse of execution.' The land conveyed to the Company hy the County of Clark and City of Las Vegas has not heen returned for assessment purposes as it is expected that the deed to Mr. Richmond will have heen delivered prior to the date on which taxes must he paid.
