Dear Sir: I return herewith Charlie Adams’ letter of April 14th and have noted your notation thereon. I had this matter up with Prank Waters some years ago and at that time thought it was rather useless for us to he donating this subscription, and am still of the same opinion, as far as the State of Nevada is concerned, However, I note the measures affecting taxation will be raised to 15$, which is a better thing for initiative petitions, I hope to be in Los Angeles one day next week. If there is no rush concerning this matter, I would like to talk it over with you more fully. Yours truly,
