Dear Sir: I return herewith Charlie Adams’ letter of April 14th and have noted your notation thereon. I had this matter up with Prank Waters some years ago and at that time thought it was rather use­less for us to he donating this subscription, and am still of the same opinion, as far as the State of Nevada is concerned, However, I note the measures affecting taxation will be raised to 15$, which is a better thing for initiative petitions, I hope to be in Los Angeles one day next week. If there is no rush concerning this matter, I would like to talk it over with you more fully. Yours truly,
