1909 Taxes: Lot 4, Block 33. Las Yogas, Seva da, -May 19, 1910. Mr. Leon H. Rockwall, Las Vegas, Nevada. Bear Sir,- I beg to herewith enclose yon a bill collectible which I have just received from the Auditor’s office, for taxes for the year 1909, Lot 4, Block 33. These taxes were Assessed against and paid by the Las Vegas Land & Water Company for the last year, while tills lot was sold to you under agreement. I would thank you to kindly send me a check for the amount of the bill, $.96, at your early convenience, so that we may close our accounts with this property. Yours truly, Age nt.
