Bear Sir,- I Leg to herewith enclose you a hill which I have just received from the Auditor’s taxes for the year 1909 Lots 9 and 10, Block collectible office, for 33. These taxes were assessed agaii u t and paid by the Las Vegas Land & Water Company for the last year, while these lots were sold to you under agreement. I would thank, you to kindly send me a check for the amount of the bill, $1.92, at your early convenience, so that we may close our accounts with this property. Yours truly* Agent
