Itch of the protestaiats above noised, through their respective attorneys Leo A. MeHassee, acting for and on behalf of Las Vega® Lend i s 'Water Company, s a d Messrs, la® and Taylor, acting for end on behalf of Robert B. Griffith; have mutually agreed to withdraw each of sold protests, end said ndthdraml will be formally made Tuesday, Jose 12, 1945, immediately before the hearing scheduled for said day on said protests. Inasmuch as a representstive from your office will be here at that time, it is the desire of the parties to said application to discuss the water situation at Las Vegas with said representative,but no evidence will be introduced by either of said protectants in connection with said protests.
