During the past three weeks, we have had consider­able warm weather, the temperature going as high as 9$° and as a result, our water consumption has steadily increased* Several hundred new homes have been completed and occupied since last summer, and It appears reasonable to anticipate that our consumption this year will substantially ©xoeed our peak period of last year, I recommend authority to arrange with City Manager to again furnish two officers, for the period June 15 to September 15, at a cost of 5550 per month or a total cost of Si 650, / / V', H, Johnson / m
