On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter Agreefnfent "NML.D. 2706, dated July 13, 1953, with Longley Construction C0., Inc., covering the construction and laying of 1125 feet of 6 M cast iron water mains to serve Industrial area west of Main Street between Garces and Hoover Avenues, Las Vegas, Nevada, consideration #1,912.00 plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
