Total estimated expenditure $4460, chargeable to Investment in Water System - Las Vegas, Nevada. A. F. E. No. 13 (W.O. 741) issued June 30, 1953, Las Vegas, Nevada; constructing 1125 ft. of 6” cast iron water main to serve industrial area west of Main Street between Garces Avenue and Hoover Avenue to fur­nish water service to industries now being served through privately owned meters from Railroad water lines, which service is to be discontinued.
