Subdivision, being all of Parcels 1 and 2, containing an area of 2.85 acres sold to City of Fullerton, per Deed Audit No. L. S. 5194. Credit Account Unimproved Real Estate-California, $23,012; Sale price of land $12,500; Chargeable to Loss on Sales of Real Estate $10,512; Estimated cost of removal of property retired chargeable to Loss on Sales of Real Estate $740. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in approving the aforementioned A. F. E. Requests, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
