On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. $6915-1, dated November 24, 1950, extending to and including November 30, 1955, term of agreement Audit No. 10352 with National Garloading Corporation, dated December 11, 1945, expiring November 30, 1950, covering lease of premises for handling, storing and shipping of household goods; rental $234.32 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
