No. 10362, dated December 31, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Corp. to Macco Corporation of lease agreement Audit No. 10511, dated August 22, 1949, with Signal Pipe Line Corp., covering site for automobile parking and storage; term August 1, 1949, to October 31, 1950; rental $190 per annum, payable annually in ad­vance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this Company in executing consent to assignment C.L.D. No. 10363, dated December 31, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Corp. to Macco Corporation of lease agreement Audit No. 10377, dated October 10, 1946, with J. M. Robertson, J. B. Kitt and L. L. Bendinger, doing business as Signal Pipe Line Construction Company, covering land at Signal Hill, Calif, for warehouse and storage purposes; term October 16, 1946, to October 15, 1950; rental $225 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination upon thirty days' written notice; said lease having been assigned April 25, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Construction Company to Signal Pipe Line Corp.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt on behalf of this Company in executing consent to assignment C.L.D. No. 10402, dated December 31, 1949, by Garfield Chemical and Manufacturing Corporation to L. D. Lansdale, an individual, of lease agreement Audit No. 10453, dated April 1, 1948, expiring -3-
