On motion duly seconded, It was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Guild and Asst. Secretary Bachman in executing L.S. Deed Audit No. 4967, dated July 15, 1948, conveying to Edwin C. Jaeger, Leo W. Powers and Richard K. Branch, copartners doing business under the firm name and style of Jaeger, Powers and Branch, Lots 65 and 66, excepting therefrom the north 50 feet of said Lot 65, Union Pacific Tract, Los Angeles, California; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1948-1949, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith. 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con­firmed.
