Credit Real Estate Sold (Unimproved Real Estate-California), $149,171; Sale price of land, ij;l73,145; Creditable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $23,974; Estimated cost of removal of property retired chargeable to Profit on Sales of Real Estate, $9,361. Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President in approving the aforementioned A. P. E. Requests, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
