RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Osborne In executing Elder C.L.D.'No. 10517-11, dated July 1 2 , i960, extending to and including August 3 1 , 1 9 6 1 , Contract Audit No. 10551, dated August 31, 1950, expiring by latest extension August 3 1 , i960, with Nevada Outdoor Advertising Co., Inc,, assigned with consent of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, effective June 1 , 1959, to Elkins Company, a partnership composed of E. W, Elkins, Elaine Elkins and Patricia Elkins, covering lease of sites for advertising sign­boards, at Yermo, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was BESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Osborne in executing Eider C.L.D. No. 67^3-^, dated July 28, i960, extending to and including September 30, 1965, term of Agreement Audit No. 1033^, dated October 1 , 19^5, expiring'by latest extension September 30, i960, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Southern California Gas Company (one-fourth interest in which was assigned effective November 7 , 19^5, to Southern Counties Gas Company of California), granting license to construct, use and maintain a 26-inch steel pipe line for the conveyance of gas along and across this Company’s property in Lot 16, Union Pacific Tract, Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California; be, and the same is hereby, rati­fied, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Bequest, approved by the President, was submitted for ratifications W. 0, 837, issued August 1 2 , i960, Los Angeles, California, retirement of parcel of land being Lot 6 and V - 2-
