in executing Agreement CoL0D0 No„ 13103? dated November 129 1958, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Petrolane Gas Ser­vice, Inc., granting license for indefinite term for construction, maintenance, use and operation of a 6" VC pipe line for the purpose of conveying sewage across Land Company’s property near Spring Street, Long Beach, California ; rental $5° 00 for the term hereof; said license being subject to revocation by Land Company on 60 days written notice, and also to agreement between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Pan American Petroleum Company, dated July 12, 1923, Land Company’s Contract Audit No„ ^292, and supple­ments thereto, (Land Company having succeeded to interests of Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, and Richfield Oil Corporation having succeeded to interest of Pan American Petroleum Company) covering lease of said property for the purpose of prospecting and drilling for oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed,.
