No. 12785-'!, dated January 7, 1958, so as to commence February 15, 1958,, and to extend to February 14, 1959, unless sooner terminated as pro^ vided in said lease, covering site for warehouse purposes at Truslow and Malden Avenues, Fullerton, Ca!ifornia; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Osborne in executing Letter Agreement C.L.D. No. 13012, dated August 1958, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and J. P. Carroll Company, covering the furnishing of all labor, mater­ials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to repaint the exterior and interior of building occupied by the Eckdahl Ware­house Company, located at 250 North Myers Street, Los Angeles, California; consideration $2,275»°0; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Osborne in executing Agreement C.L.D. No. 13016, dated August 15j 1958, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and State Wide Sales Co., Inc., for term of five years, commencing August 1, 195®, covering lease of portion of Vegetable Shed No. 3? Los Angeles, California, to be used for the storage and handling of mer­chandise, rental $275•00 per month, payable monthly in advance, subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written 2-
