On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Osborne in executing Agreement C.L.D. No, 11320-2, dated April , 1958, amending Contract Audit No. 10681, dated April 20, 1953» effective May 1, 1953» with Otis Elevator Company, covering maintenance of one freight elevator (Machine No, 8585*0 in Union Pacific Building, k 2 2 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, by decreasing the service charge from $19.97 pen month to $18.35 per month, effective June 1, 1958> be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W. 0. 816, issued April 7» 1958, Signal Hill, California, retirement of a portion of Lot 86, American Colony Tract containing an area of 9*+00 sq. ft., which property was conveyed to Oscar J. Wells and Harriet S, Wells by LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5556, dated January 2, 1958.
