amending Agreement Audit No, 10831, dated December 6 , 1 9 5 7 , term beginning January 1 , 1958 and extending to December 3 1 , 1958, covering lease of warehouse located at Truslow and Malden Avenues, Fullerton, California; by changing the term of said lease so as to begin on the 16th day of January, 19^8, and extend to the 1 5 th day of January, 1959, unless sooner terminated as provided in said lease; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hicks and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No, 5556, dated January 2, 1958, conveying to Oscar J. Wells and Harriet S, Wells, the north 100 feet of the south 590 feet of the west 9^- feet of Lot 86, American Colony Tract, in the City of Signal Hill, County of Los Angeles, State of California; consideration $10,00 and other good and valuable consideration; EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Grantor; All minerals and mineral rights Including oil and gas rights thereto, without right of entry; and said property is conveyed subject to; 1, Second installment taxes for fiscal year 1957-58; 2, Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
