and other good and valuable consideration; EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Grantor: All minerals and mineral rights including; oil and gas rights thereto, without right of eptry; and said property is conveyed subject to: L General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1957-1958, a lien not yet payable; 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing upon behalf of Las Vegas Land and Water Company easement C.LoD. No. 12602, dated July 16, 1957. granting City of Long Beach right to construct, reconstruct, inspect, maintain and repair certain concrete wing walls on portion of Lot 95, American Colony Tract, Long Beach, California, subject to all conditions, limitations, restrictions, encumbrances or interests of any person which may affect the said land, specifically including, the rights created by that certain existing unrecorded agreement entered into July 27, 190^» by and between San Pedro-Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company (predecessor in interest of First Party) and Los Angeles Inter- Urban Railway Company, and in event said land shall cease to be used for purposes set forth said easement shall terminate and all rights therein granted shall revert to First Party, its successors or assigns; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -2-
