V On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Agreement CoLoDo No, 12516, dated March 15, 1957, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and E 0 Co Woodward, Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under Will of August Vo Handorf, deceased, covering lease of premises for growing crops at Puente, California, said agreement to be effective March 15, 1957 and extending to March 14, 1959; rental $30°°00 per annum, payable annually in advance; said lease may be terminated, entirely or par­tially, by written nqtice given by either the Lessor or the Lessee on any date in such notice stated, not less, however, than ten (10) days subsequent to the date on which such notice shall be given; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmedo On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt‘in executing Rider CoL»Do No0 5685-3, dated February 28, 1957, extending to and including May 31, 1962, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10290, dated June 9, 19^, expiring by latest extension May 31, 1957, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Wilbur-Ellis Company, covering site at Mission Road and Macy Street, Los Angeles, California, to be used for the handling of grain; rental f>5°°00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days9 -3-
