\ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. No. 7575-5, dated September 11, 1952, extending to October 51, 1954, term of lease agreement Audit .. No. 10377, dated October 10, 1946, expiring October 31, 1952, covering site for warehouse and storage purposes, located at Signal Hill, Calif., with J. M. Robertson, J. B. Kitt and L. L. Bendinger, dba Signal Pipe Line Construction Company; rental $225 per annum, payable annually in advance; subject to termination upon thirty days’ written notice; said lease having been assigned April 25, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Con­struction Company to Signal Pipe Line Corp., and further assign­ed on December 31, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Corp. to Macco Corporation; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider C.L.D. No. 8908-4, dated September 11, 1952, extending to October 31, 1954, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10481, dated December 1, 1948, expiring October 31, 1952, covering automobile parking site, located at Signal Hill, Calif., with J. M. Robertson, J. B. Kitt and L. L. Bendinger, dba Signal Pipe Line Construction Company; rental $120 per annum, payable semiannually in advance; subject to termination by either party upon thirty days' written notice; said lease having been assigned April 25, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Con­struction Company to Signal Pipe Line Corp., and further assigned on December 31, 1949, by Signal Pipe Line Corp. to -3-
