During his talk the subject of an adequate water supply will be mentioned. Commissioner Clark will then take the matter up on behalf of the City and advooate measures of con­serving water for the benefit of the community; not only within the city but also within the county, referring > particularly to wells being permitted to flow without putting the water to beneficial use. Mr. Denton will then follow up with a series of prepared advertisements to be plaoedln the paper by the City Commission, and not to be signed by the Water Company. Mr. Denton is commencing preparation of these advertisements at onoe and it is expected the in­vitation for Mr. Guild to address the Kiwanis will be received in the next few days. January 21, 1942
