\ "Licensee”, granting 3.icense for the laying, construction, maintenance and use of a 16” pipe line for the purpose of conveying wet gas along and across property of Land Company on California Streep, near 27th Street, Long Beach, California; consideration §10.00 for the term of said agreement; said license being effective February, 10, 1947; subject to revocation by Land Company at any time upon 60 days' written notice; said license being subject to lease agreement C.A. No. 4292, dated July 12, 1925, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Pan American Petroleum Company (LVL&WCo. and Richfield Oil Corporation having succeeded to the interests of said parties, respectively), covering lease of said property for the purpose of prospecting and drilling for oil, gas and other hydrocarbon substances; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing agreement NLD 1784, dated March 10, 1947, between LVL&WCo., called "Company”, and W, w. Cantrell, an individual, called "Subdivider”, providing for: 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company §2,325.00, being estimated cost of 650 ft. of 6" cast iron pipe line through Block 25 of Fourteenth Street City Addition, Las Vegas, Nevada, beginning at a connection in existing main in Mesquite Ave.; thence northerly through Block 25 to an end at Linden Avenue j 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 50$ of monthly revenue received by Company from customers in said Block 25 taking water from said main for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid the sum of §2,325.00; -2-
