Audit No. 10128, dated May 13, 1941, expiring April 30, 1944, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Overland Terminal Warehouse Company, Lessee, covering premises at 250 N. Myers Street, Los Angeles, California, for storage purposes; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing lease, C.L.D. No. 4939, dated March 22, 1943, be­tween Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Inter­national Forwarding Company, Lessee, covering the southerly 100 ft. of Vegetable Shed No. 4, located on East 7th Street, Los Angeles, California, for term beginning March 15, 1943,- and extending to September L, 1943, to be used for the unload­ing and handling of merchandise; rental $50.00.per month, pay­able monthly in advance; subject to termination by Lessor upon thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, rati­fied, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, C.L.D. No. 5004, dated May 10, 1943, extend­ing to June 14, 1944, term of license agreement, Audit No. -4-
