A.F.E. #4 (W.O. #468); issued April 6, 1943; Las Vegas, Nev.; construct 3830 ft. of 8” and 4570 ft. of 611 water pipe lines to serve defense housing project in Unit No. 4 of Huntridge Subdivision.
