V extending to June 14, 1943, term of license agreement Audit No. 10171, dated June 15, 1941, expiring June 14, 1942, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Licensor, and County of Los Angeles, Licensee, covering use of land for agricultural pur­poses, near East Los Angeles, California; subject to termina­tion by either party upon thirty days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing on behalf of this Company agreement, C.A. No.,. 10201, dated July 11, 1942, between Santa Pe Land Improvement Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, First Parties, and C. P. Dixon, Second Party, covering license and permission to use premises at 330-336 Aliso Street, Los Angeles, California, as site for automobile parking station, for term of two years from March 16, 1942; rental $200 per month; subject to termina­tion by either party upon sixty days1 written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Assistant Secretary Rigdon in executing deed, Audit No. 4544, dated July 30, 1942, from Las Vegas Land and Water Com­pany to The City of Las Vegas, conveying a 10-acre parcel of land in NW-J of the NW|- of Section 26, T. 20 S., R. 61 E., M.D.B.& M., Clark County, Nevada; consideration $10.00 and other valuable consideration; subject to: All taxes and assessments levied or assessed against said land subsequent to year 1941; -4-
