Cockerham Company, 4080 Eighth Street, Riverside, California, covering the making of certain repairs to roofs of packing houses, located at 2nd and Vine Street, Fourth and Vine Streets, Seventh and Vine Streets and Prospect and Pen­rose Avenues, respectively, Riverside, California; considera­tion, (a) Actual cost of labor payroll (b) Actual cost of materials and drayage (c) 10% of actual cost of labor, materials and drayage (d) Reimbursement of cost of permits, fees, sales, use and payroll taxes, and insurance paid by said P. J. Cockerham Company, but not to exceed the sum of $>323.15; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing lease agreement,. C, L. D. No. 3371, dated November 25, 1940, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Crown Packing Company, Lessee, covering the southerly 200 feet of Vegetable Shed No. 3, located on East 7th Street, Los Angeles, California, to be used for the packing of vegetables; for term beginning June 1, 1940, and extending to December 1, 1941; rental i|66.22 per month, pay­able monthly in advance; subject to termination by Lessor on 30 days' written notice; said lease also terminating as of June 1, 1940, lease Audit No. 10052 between said parties covering the Southerly 75 feet of said Vegetable Shed; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. 7-
