Laustalot, Lessee, amending effective July 1, 1941, Section 2 of said agreement Audit No. 10062 to provide rental at rate of $>26.00 per month during said term, payable monthly in advance, the remainder of terms and conditions of said agreement Audit No. 10062 to remain in full force and effect. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider, C.L.D. No. 3736, dated July 11, 1941, extending to and including July 16, 1942, term of letter-agreement, Audit No. 9995, dated July 15, 1939, expiring July 16, 1941, addressed to Mrs. Florence Johnson, covering lease of dwelling house, located at 17 South 4th Avenue, Arcadia, California; consideration $18.00 per month, payable in advance; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Matthai in executing grant deed, Audit No. 4497, dated July 14, 1941, conveying to Ceco Steel Products Corporation Lot 44 and portion of Lot 43, Union Pacific Tract, Los Angeles, California; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
